About Teresa Adams-Nault, CEO

Teresa Adams-Nault, founder of the woman-owned business Talent Select, LLC, dba TheTalentMatchmaker, has dedicated over 25 years to talent selection, executive search, talent strategy, onboarding, and executive career coaching.

She knows first-hand that when professionals feel motivated and fulfilled at work, it lights a fire within them that energizes their team, culture, and bottom line for the organizations they represent.

In 2011, she opened her boutique firm which is today known as TheTalentMatchmaker. Teresa was able to deepen her impact by working with clients holistically and serving them throughout the entire employee lifecycle. So many companies either have failed results with recruiters or struggle to retain good talent. We leverage an arsenal of tools, like the Science of Self™, to ensure every new hire has the resources to apply the best of their unique skills and talents, and a proven and patented job benchmarking tool that meets the requirements of EEOC and OFCCP.
