Teresa Adams-Nault, founder of the woman-owned business Talent Select, LLC, dba TheTalentMatchmaker, has dedicated over 25 years to talent selection, executive search, talent strategy, onboarding, and executive career coaching.
She knows first-hand that when professionals feel motivated and fulfilled at work, it lights a fire within them that energizes their team, culture, and bottom line for the organizations they represent.
In 2011, she opened her boutique firm which is today known as TheTalentMatchmaker. Teresa was able to deepen her impact by working with clients holistically and serving them throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
